What you will do

• Lead ideation and creative strategy for short- and long-form video content for brand awareness initiatives.
• Translate big ideas into clear creative formats, story arcs, and episodic concepts.
• Design and oversee 15–20s "trailer-style" content to test concepts on TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Analyze early performance signals and iterate fast based on audience reaction and insight.
• Lead creative production by providing clear creative briefing and concept ownership for internal and external teams.
• Ensure concepts resonate culturally and emotionally with parents, with a focus on the TR market.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube from an organic growth perspective.
• Proven track record of creating video content that gained strong organic traction/virality (portfolio required).
• Experience leading or owning video projects from concept to final delivery.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• English: C1 level required.
• Strong interest in parenting, family dynamics, or human stories involving children.
