What you will do

• Bring Enterprise-grade AI Agents to the World, making it a reality for businesses to build AI agents.
• Solve for the Customer, addressing the unique needs of people seeking help from Agents, CX managers, and Developers building on the platform.
• Innovate and discover new tools and processes for building AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, leadership, and the entire company.
• Become a trusted advisor to customers, partnering with sales and go-to-market teams.
• Lead the product through all stages from concept to execution, in collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management, leading products from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Comfort working deeply with engineering on technical systems and tradeoffs.
• Experience building or shipping developer-facing or highly technical products (e.g. APIs, SDKs).
• Passion for deeply understanding user needs and identifying the right solutions.
• Proven ability to partner closely with engineering, design, customers, and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-driven products, especially conversational or agentic systems.
• Hands-on experience writing production code (e.g. TypeScript, React, or similar).
