What you will do

• Drive product development from conception to launch using market research, client insights, and advisor feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Advisors, Technology, Design, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
• Leverage data, user research, and experimentation to refine product decisions and identify opportunities.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives to adapt to market needs and business objectives.
• Translate complex features and requirements into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Work with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on product management experience within an agile development environment.
• A Bachelor's degree is essential.
• A deep understanding of the financial services landscape.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of driving ROI-driven outcomes.
• Proven success in launching major new products, ideally within a commercial context.
• Outstanding attention to detail, coupled with superior communication and presentation skills.
