What you will do

• Serve as the primary business representative, clearly defining customer problems, proposed solutions, and quantifying value.
• Define and maintain the Pod Backlog in close collaboration with the Product Manager, Solution Architect, and Delivery Team.
• Proactively mitigate dependencies between Product Owners and other stakeholders for cohesive value delivery.
• Define and prioritize User Stories, Enablers, and Technical Debt items within Sprints, articulating Acceptance Criteria and driving documentation.
• Scope, refine, and prioritize Urgent Requests (e.g., production issues) during existing Sprints.
• Participate in Sprint and System Demos to share feedback, and PI Retrospectives to reflect on progress and opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership required.
• 3+ years specifically within the Financial Services industry required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in BA/IT required.
• Profound domain expertise in electronic trading workflows.
• Expert-level comprehension of the technology stack for high-performance, real-time customer interfaces.
• Advanced proficiency in business analysis, translating needs into product requirements.
• Proficient utilization of JIRA, Confluence, and other advanced Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools.
• Expert knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience in leading Agile transformation initiatives.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
