Salary: $154,000–$243,600 CAD

What you will do

• Solve technical problems of the largest scope, complexity, and ambiguity within Engineering Productivity.
• Drive large, impactful projects involving multiple stakeholders and many engineering teams.
• Represent Engineering Productivity, gathering feedback and advocating for projects and vision.
• Elevate engineering quality by setting standards in code review, incident response, and tech debt elimination.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for platform stability.

Requirements

• High level of autonomy and ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
• Strong communication skills to tailor messages for engineers and leadership.
• Supportive mindset to mentor and grow other team members.
• Effective stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority.
• Knowledge of Platform Engineering and CI/CD systems (e.g., Buildkite, Backstage, Argo CD, GitOps).
• Familiarity and experience with Kubernetes.
• Broad software development background with solid knowledge in Go or Python.
• Familiarity with Linux and shell scripting.
• English: B2 required.
