Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA. In office Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Salary: $200,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Bridge brand and product to ensure a unified experience across hirify.global’s product, marketing, and shared surfaces.
• Translate brand principles into interaction patterns, components, and scalable design systems.
• Design for clarity by creating journeys, flows, frameworks, and UI concepts that turn complex systems into intuitive experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Marketing partners throughout the design process.
• Contribute to and help evolve shared design guidelines, patterns, and experience standards.
• Identify experience gaps or inconsistencies and propose thoughtful, system-level solutions.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in product, brand, or other visual design.
• A portfolio that demonstrates system-level design excellence and world-class creative execution across campaigns and platforms.
• Comfort designing user journeys, interaction flows, and scalable systems.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design and human behavior across digital products.
• Experience working within or contributing to design systems.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools.
