What you will do

• Understand internal and external user needs through user research and usability testing.
• Design cohesive user flows and interactions using design system components.
• Craft polished, high-quality interfaces considering accessibility and clarity.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and machine learning researchers.
• Operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and good judgment.
• Present design work effectively, adapting to audiences and connecting choices to product vision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software product design.
• Experience building user-centric products in a B2B environment.
• Experience building interfaces for AI products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Good qualitative user research skills.
• Strong writing ability.
• Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using, contributing to, and managing design systems.
• B2B experience working on dashboards and data visualizations.
