TL;DR

Treasury Risk And Conduct Analyst (Data Analytics): Supporting the Group Corporate Treasury by enhancing risk insight, governance, and conduct risk oversight with an accent on daily trade & conduct monitoring and monthly governance reporting. Focus on driving innovation through the exploration and adoption of AI and tech tools for data analysis, monitoring, and process automation.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (at least two days per week in the office).

Salary: £53,073 - £58,970

What you will do

  • Perform daily trade & conduct monitoring and monthly governance reporting using advanced data analytics.
  • Revamp existing dashboards, reporting, and presentation documents for risk/governance meetings.
  • Deliver innovation projects via sprints within the TRAC team.
  • Create Innovation Reporting for the division.
  • Develop trade control data analytics and reporting.
  • Engage with all teams and levels across Group Corporate Treasury.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience with Power Automate (complex logic builds, approvals flows).
  • Advanced experience with Power BI (power query, data modelling, dashboard design).
  • Proficient in Python for automation and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, operational controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Proven ability to automate manual processes while enhancing control and auditability.
  • Excellent communication, impact, influence, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of time, at one of our London office sites.
