• Design and implement highly scalable and reliable SaaS applications.
• Own end-to-end delivery of application features, collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• Innovate and implement new ideas to solve software problems and improve customer experience.
• Participate in design and code reviews with a geographically distributed team.
• Mentor, support, and develop junior engineers.
• Seek and share domain and industry knowledge to improve engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in enterprise web applications using Java, Kotlin, or Spring.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Machine Learning fundamentals, Large Language Model (LLM) integration or fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
• Solid knowledge of CI-CD principles, AWS services, and building deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and building multi-tenant cloud-native SaaS software.
• English: B2 required
