What you will do

• Coordinate AI training efforts and schedule resources for multiple projects.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, testers, and producers to meet project goals.
• Establish and maintain internal tracking processes for attendance, schedules, and performance of AI trainers.
• Guide and manage onboarding, training, and coaching for new and existing AI trainers.
• Gather and provide feedback to clients on team performance, identifying workflow challenges and improvements.
• Report to hirify.global management and recruiters on project status, team performance, and staffing needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in vendor management and people management.
• Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (C1).
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide training to groups (10-100 people).
• Strong organizational, conflict management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OS X, iOS, iWork, iCloud, iTunes, Windows, MS Office.
• Basic HTML, Unicode, and computer networking knowledge.

Nice to have

• Project management experience and/or training.
• AI data annotation experience.
• Training in conflict resolution or mediation.
