Location: Hybrid in one of hirify.global's hubs: Burnaby, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary (Canada), Dublin (Ireland), or Sydney (Australia). Expected to be in the office a minimum of twice per week.

Salary: CAD $79,600–$107,600

What you will do

• Deliver world-class IT procurement support to #Teamhirify.global around the globe.
• Manage the complete procurement lifecycle for IT software, hardware, and services.
• Evaluate supplier pricing, bids, and contracts to ensure best value and compliance.
• Drive technical best practices by advocating for IT throughout the procurement process.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for procurement contracts.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and accurate inventory of contracts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management with a focus on IT procurement.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end procurement cycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS authentication & provisioning protocols.
• Proficiency with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
• Must be based in one of hirify.global's hub locations (Burnaby, Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Dublin, or Sydney).

Nice to have

• Experience managing and negotiating recurring SaaS contracts.
• Experience working in environments with 2500+ endpoints.
• Experience managing SaaS tools like Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Adobe, 1Password, Salesforce, GSuite, Github, Asana.
