Production Assistant (Accessibility)

What you will do

• Perform day-to-day production activities to meet client SLAs and quality requirements
• Produce documents in alternate formats including braille, large print, audio, e-text, and DAISY
• Conduct manual transcription with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Adhere to client-specific preferences, PCI security standards, and quality control procedures
• Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate production errors promptly
• Assist in training new staff, maintaining documentation, and equipment upkeep
• Stay current with accessibility guidelines and industry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Willing to travel to U.S. location for training as required
• Work experience requiring high attention to detail preferred

Nice to have

• Experience with customer management, packaging/shipping, or desktop publishing
• Previous experience with document accessibility
