What you will do

• Organize, review, edit, and streamline existing technical documentation, identifying gaps and ensuring consistency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and global cross-functional teams to define and maintain documentation standards.
• Translate detailed technical content into simple "how-to" guides for entry-level analysts and engineers.
• Write or assist with internal documents, standard operating procedures, and network/software-related docs.
• Create and maintain diagrams to support operational documentation.
• Review and maintain document and presentation templates.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years in Technical Writing or related role, plus IT/network/software experience.
• Strong general technical skills; experienced with Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
• Familiarity with GitHub/GitLab, Unix-like terminal commands, code repositories, and network infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of Internet networks, data centers, and server infrastructure.
• High competency with written and spoken English.
• Meticulous attention to grammar and ambiguities; effective communicator.

Nice to have

• Experience with global operations teams across time zones and countries.
• Familiarity with languages like German or Japanese.
• Experience as Business Systems Analyst.
• Graphical design skills with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
