What you will do

• Analyze business and analytical needs across production and supporting teams.
• Support production teams in implementing tools according to shared data guidelines.
• Act as a key contact for data collection, validation, and usage across systems.
• Define and promote a common data language to improve consistency and understanding.
• Monitor data quality indicators, identify root causes, and assess impacts.
• Propose and apply standardization and remediation plans, including governance improvements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and data platforms such as Snowflake or Databricks.
• Solid knowledge of data modeling concepts.
• Working knowledge of Python or another programming language.
• Must be eligible for a work permit if not already authorized to work in Canada.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of data transformation processes, including ETL.
