Location: Remote within Germany or onsite in Berlin, Konstanz, or Zurich. No relocation benefits are offered for this position.

What you will do

• Review, maintain, and manage hirify.global’s standard legal agreements, including NDAs, DPAs, security annexes, and privacy-related provisions.
• Negotiate standard license agreements, purchasing agreements, and T&Cs with customers, partners, and vendors.
• Support hirify.global’s governance activities across information security, data protection, and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001 / SOC 2 audit activities, GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, standardization of legal templates, and strong documentation practices.
• Help build scalable knowledge management and contribute to smarter, automated Legal & Compliance workflows.

Requirements

• Hold a degree in Law or a related field (or equivalent experience) with interest in compliance and risk topics.
• Bring a solid understanding of GDPR principles and motivation to support privacy-related processes.
• Be interested in modern Legal Operations, scalable processes, and automation.
• Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally, taking ownership of topics end to end.
• English: Confident communication required (German is a strong plus).
• Work in an organized way, balancing compliance with business needs.
