What you will do

• Provide Operational Support (Incident and Problem Management) and Change Management for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Do CRM customizations and develop custom web resources (JS, HTML) and plugins.
• Enhance and maintain integrations (SSIS integration packages, Cloud Flows).
• Work on Power BI paginated reports.
• Contribute to agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD practices.
• Explore new release wave features, including Copilot, and proactively propose improvements.

Requirements

• Solid hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft SQL Server, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Confident in plugin development, JavaScript/TypeScript, and building SSIS integrations.
• Ability to dive deep into technical problems, analyze them effectively, and deliver clean, well‑tested solutions.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Hold (or are working toward) certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Power Platform Developer Associate.
• Fluent English, German is a plus.
