TL;DR

Software Engineer (AI): Building and designing scalable AI-driven products to solve everyday problems for colleagues with an accent on AI and LLM integration, analytical problem-solving, and managing product deliverables. Location: Global remote with occasional business trips to the US and other countries.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and specify requirements, and manage product deliverables.
  • Design and build scalable AI-driven products addressing real-world problems.
  • Stay current with the latest technical advancements, particularly in the field of AI and LLMs.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Thorough understanding of how AI works and familiarity with language models.
  • Understanding of vector databases and other relevant data structures.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Mature, thoughtful attitude with a strong delivery mindset.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge in various databases and messaging technologies (SQL, Redis, Kafka etc.).
