Now we’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will help us maintain sustainable growth while reducing CAC — by strengthening our performance and developing content marketing organic and reputation streams.
What you will do
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy balancing organic growth and performance channels
Build and scale content marketing operations as a primary acquisition and engagement driver
Launch and grow SEO and Partnership Marketing from scratch as sustainable acquisition channels
Scale influencer marketing operations and creator partnerships systematically
Optimize paid advertising channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube) for efficiency and ROI
Establish brand positioning and reputation building frameworks across markets
Build advanced attribution models measuring both performance and brand impact
Optimize marketing spend allocation across paid and organic channels using data-driven decision making
Manage and develop specialists across Content Marketing, SEO, User Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, Analytics, and Partnership Development
Build operational excellence through systematic planning, execution tracking, and team retrospectives
Drive cross-functional collaboration between content, product, and performance marketing teams
Requirements
Deep expertise in content marketing and organic channel development with proven track record of building SEO, partnerships, or content programs from scratch
Strong background in paid advertising across major platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) with ROI optimization experience
Experience scaling multiple organic channels with demonstrated results — 40%+ of traffic from non-paid sources
Strong analytical background with practical experience in multi-touch attribution, brand measurement, and performance analytics
Team leadership experience — developing marketing specialists across both organic and paid functions, driving measurable performance improvements
Product-minded approach to marketing with focus on user journey optimization, lifecycle metrics, and long-term value creation
Experience working across international markets, ideally including LATAM
Bonus points for:
EdTech or online education marketing experience with understanding of long conversion cycles
Experience managing $300k+ monthly marketing budgets across paid and organic initiatives
Proven track record of reducing CAC through organic channel development
