What you will do
- Actively prospect into existing accounts through outbound calls.
- Manage assigned accounts, inbound requests, trials, and leads.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, including contract generation and closing deliverables.
- Collaborate with territory team and leaders on strategic deals.
- Proactively engage customers via email and phone to share best practices and maximize product value.
- Leverage Salesforce.com for lead processing and opportunity management.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas.
- Proven business acumen to understand customer objectives and pain points.
