What you will do

• Identify, measure, and monitor structural risks (liquidity, interest rate, solvency, and FX) to ensure financial stability.
• Design, write, and maintain financial risk policies.
• Build, maintain, and improve risk models and dashboards using SQL and Python.
• Challenge Finance and ALM teams to align with risk appetite and regulatory constraints.
• Contribute to major regulatory exercises and department process structuring for future credit institution status.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years in Structural or Financial Risk Management.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (data manipulation, financial libraries, model building).
• Deep understanding of financial instruments (bonds, interest rate swaps) and risk metrics (LCR, NSFR, VaR, sensitivities).
• Communication: Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-experts and challenge stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
