Salary: 20,000–24,000 PLN/month (B2B)

What you will do

• Lead the identification of remediation gaps and drive strategic resolution initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on remediation strategies.
• Analyze complex scanning results to define actionable risk reduction steps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with remediation owners to ensure timely and effective execution.
• Ensure security findings are understood and remediation efforts progress effectively.
• Maintain a proactive governance approach and influence remediation outcomes.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of security domains, particularly security findings assessment and remediation, with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• Governance experience in at least one of the following security findings areas: Containers vulnerabilities, SAST, EASM, Threat Modelling, or API-related findings.
• Advanced troubleshooting and conceptual skills, including the ability to propose solutions for uncommon issues.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for security findings assessment and enrichment.
• Good understanding of risk-based approaches and risk management practices.
• Fluent business and technical English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

• Knowledge or experience with: problem management, Secure DevOps, DORA, OWASP.
