Security Success Engineer

TL;DR

Security Success Engineer: Engages customers on security-related products and architectures within the hirify.global Data Platform with an accent on data modeling, risk conversations with CISO/CIO, and optimizing security posture. Focus on validating solution designs, monitoring attack surfaces, and identifying expansion opportunities related to data resilience.

Location: Office Based in Warsaw, Mazovia. Remote work is only possible for employees located in Poland.

What you will do

• Engage customers on security-related products, architectures, and risk topics across the hirify.global Data Platform.
• Run readiness checks and lead data modeling to validate solution design and accelerate decisions.
• Monitor attack surfaces and vulnerabilities, track telemetry, report trends, and capture potential health checks.
• Identify and articulate expansion opportunities, reviewing consumption trends and scheduling checkpoint reviews.
• Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders for risk, status, and opportunity discussions.
• Support Account Executives on security- and AI-driven expansion motions and influence roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering architecture for cybersecurity-related products (e.g., Security Engineer/Architect).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent).
• Expertise in data security and governance, including DSPM/DLP.
• Demonstrated ability to engage CISO/CIO stakeholders on risk, resilience, and modernization roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with solution design, POCs, telemetry monitoring, and maturity modeling.
