What you will do

• Lead end-to-end user research projects, applying mixed methods to uncover user needs and validate assumptions.
• Design and execute research studies from scoping to analysis and synthesis of insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers within cross-functional and client teams.
• Create research artifacts like journey maps, experience maps, and service blueprints to communicate insights.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations that align user needs with business goals.
• Mentor junior researchers and designers and contribute to the evolution of the design practice.

Requirements

• 6 to 8 years of experience in user research, with expertise in user-centered research and mixed methods.
• Proficient in planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research methods, including moderated & unmoderated usability testing.
• Skilled in using Figma, Miro, and various user research tools.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable insights and design directions.
• Experience in agile methodologies and comfortable contributing research in fast-paced delivery environments.
• English: C1+ required.
• Spanish: Fluent required.
