What you will do

• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver immersive, high-quality XR experiences.
• Set and maintain high creative execution standards across design, art, sound, and interaction.
• Ensure coherence between technical, production, and creative efforts.
• Translate briefs into compelling concepts in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee project creative direction, aligning visual and narrative elements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and infuse fresh concepts into projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creative leadership roles in the XR/VR, immersive media or gaming industry.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative projects from concept to execution with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
• Confident in pitching, prototyping, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in writing/narrative design.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
