What you will do

• Ensure end-to-end governance of transformation programs.
• Lead program coordination, project planning, and execution control.
• Drive the development of disruptive sales model initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, benchmarking, and analytical materials.
• Support market rollout and localization activities.
• Harmonize multiple initiatives into one coherent strategy framework and align stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Experience in digital and/or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in international and cross-functional environments.
