• Deep dive into analytics to generate hypotheses for improving the efficiency of the supply team.
• Train coaches to work according to the coaching approaches that, based on test results, have the most positive impact on product metrics (user retention).
• Have a direct impact on business and product through deep involvement in working with the value proposition of chats with coaches, which form the main value for the user.
