What you will do

• Engage directly with the passionate player base and content creators, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
• Master the advanced features of community platforms, particularly Discord.
• Develop skills in identifying and translating raw player feedback into actionable insights.
• Participate in internal and external playtests, contributing expertise to the product.
• Design and implement a unique initiative aimed at amplifying player engagement and community involvement.
• Gain insights into the gaming industry, decision-making processes, and strategies for player attraction, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• Genuine enthusiasm for gaming, reflecting an understanding of its significance within the industry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with the community and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams.
• An appreciation and understanding of cultural differences for global player interaction.
• Analytical competencies to derive meaningful insights from community feedback and data.
• For EN position: Efficient communication in English (C1 or higher) and familiarity with community management tools and platforms like Discord.
• For RU position: Efficient communication in Russian (C1-C2) and English (C1 or higher), with a foundational understanding of digital tools beyond Telegram and Discord.

Nice to have

• Current World of Tanks player, up to date with community and game news.
• Ability to handle potential community-related backlashes or conflicts calmly and effectively.
• Awareness of current trends within the gaming industry.
• Live streaming experience.
• Proficiency in French, Spanish, Ukrainian, or other European languages (depending on the intern position).
