TL;DR

Junior User Acquisition Manager (Social Media): Managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns, primarily on Snapchat and TikTok, with an accent on creative testing, audience experimentation, and performance optimization within fast-moving paid social ecosystems. Focus on daily monitoring, data-driven optimizations, and continuous testing of campaign setups and creatives to maximize ROAS and conversion efficiency.

Location: Remote. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns on Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor performance daily, making data-driven optimizations across targeting, creatives, and bidding.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on short-form video ads, brainstorming, and testing.
  • Analyze campaign performance using platform dashboards and internal reports, tracking key metrics.
  • Build and refine efficient campaign structures, running A/B tests to improve performance.
  • Stay updated on Snapchat and TikTok ad products, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Snapchat Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
  • Exposure to creative testing and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Understanding of core performance marketing metrics and KPIs.
