What you will do

• Ensure smooth campaign execution by checking client materials and preparing them for colleagues.
• Monitor campaign performance in real-time using internal tools.
• Address any discrepancies with suppliers or the programmatic team.
• Keep the client team informed of changes or challenges.
• Evaluate campaign success and prepare reports.
• Understand advertising formats and assist with updates.
• Assist with financial aspects of campaigns, including order checking and invoice preparation.

Requirements

• Carefulness and responsibility with effective work organization skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
• Communicative knowledge of English (primarily written).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of digital media and marketing.
• A desire to improve existing processes and continuously develop.
• Analytical thinking.
