TL;DR

Campaign Manager (Marketing): Designing, preparing, and executing lead-generation and cross-sell/upsell campaigns, focusing on customer portfolio analysis and identification of opportunities for increasing customer value. Focus on cross-sell and upsell scenarios in Bloomreach across channels and regular evaluation of campaign performance to propose optimizations.

Location: České Budějovice, Praha or combination of office/home office

What you will do

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to design, prepare, and execute lead-generation and cross-sell / upsell campaigns.
  • Ideate and set up cross-sell and upsell scenarios in Bloomreach across channels (e-mail, online, and potentially others).
  • Analyze customer portfolios and identify opportunities for increasing customer value (cross-sell potential, product needs).
  • Collaborate with analysts / BI on preparing materials, segmentations, and campaign targeting.
  • Evaluate campaign performance (leads, conversions, CV/CLV impact) and propose optimizations.
  • Report on the results and benefits of campaigns to company management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • VŠ education in a mathematical, economic, or technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, CRM campaigns, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Bloomreach, SAS Salesforce, Adobe EC, etc.).
  • Analytical thinking, a proactive and independent approach with the ability to come up with own ideas and perspectives.
  • Experience with budget planning.
  • English in written form.
  • Team spirit.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the energy sector.
  • Communicative English skills.
  • Knowledge of data analytics or IT in the CRM area.
  • Expert knowledge of the CRM area and the Bloomreach tool.
  • Experience as a product/business owner of a campaign tool.
