What you will do
- Own the B2B Hackathon field strategy across Enterprise customers, prospects, and partnerships.
- Plan, run, and optimize hackathons including registration, promotion, staffing, content, swag, onsite logistics, and post-event strategy.
- Work closely with PMM and customer marketing to ensure hackathon experiences and content are audience-relevant.
- Partner with sales, customer success, and partnership teams to identify key accounts for hackathon eligibility.
- Develop post-event frameworks, including communication channels, follow-up messaging, and scalable content motions.
- Build the measurement strategy for hackathons, tying investment to pipeline, velocity, and influenced ARR.
Requirements
- 6+ years B2B field marketing experience with direct ownership of events programs (startups or high-growth SaaS preferred).
- Strong understanding of customer events/engagement and its direct correlation to social proof and adoption.
- Proven track record planning content-driven events that directly influenced pipeline outcomes.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, procurement cycles, contract negotiation, and multi-partner coordination.
- Skilled in funnel measurement, including sourced vs influenced, velocity, conversion, and ROI modeling for event spend.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% percent for field activations.
- English: C1+ required (company language).
