What you will do

• Manage organic social media channels day-to-day.
• Create engaging content that people actually stop scrolling for.
• Turn trends, insights, and everyday consumer moments into relevant posts.
• Help shape how hirify.global shows up organically: tone, formats, ideas.
• Collaborate closely with Influencer Marketing, Performance, and Creative teams.
• Track what works (and what doesn’t) and learn how organic growth happens.

Requirements

• A student, recent graduate or early in your career.
• Very online and genuinely into social media.
• Comfortable filming, writing, and being part of the content process.
• Familiar with video and editing tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe.
• Up to date with the latest Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Fluent in English and either Swedish or German.
