What you will do

• Manage and support data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics platforms to ensure high accessibility and accuracy.
• Perform SQL diagnostics, data validation, and performance tuning to optimize system health.
• Implement monitoring and observability using tools like Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Integrate data deployments into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Apply infrastructure-as-code principles with Terraform and Ansible to automate data environment provisioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to support incident management and SLA adherence.

Requirements

• 6 years of professional experience in DataOps, Data Engineering Operations, or Analytics Platform Support.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control, and IaC frameworks like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Background in incident management and tracking operational metrics.
