What you will do

• Build internally facing web applications and robust automations for central operations.
• Develop features for core products (Cards, Loans, Motor).
• Integrate AI solutions to support operations teams.
• Shape tools and technical direction with engineering ownership.
• Focus on efficiency and scalability for a rapidly growing customer base.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Python in a web application context (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Experience with Javascript/Typescript and a modern JS framework (React, Angular, Vue.js, especially React & NextJS).
• Strong engineering principles, design patterns, testing, and clean code.
• Previous experience working in a product-focused team.
• Desire to learn about and experiment with Generative AI and LLMs.
• Must be able to work from the London office Tuesday-Thursday.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, Claude.
• Exposure to Domain Driven Design, Message-Driven Systems, Event Sourcing.
• Experience with AWS, SQL, Argo, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform.
• Skill with CSS and exposure to Tailwind.
