What you will do

• Collaborate with a global network of technologists, designers, and strategists.
• Develop software products and services from the ground up.
• Coach and mentor client teams on engineering best practices and Agile values.
• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving sessions with client leaders.
• Shape digital strategies and deliver impactful solutions.
• Help clients build scalable teams and engineering cultures.

Requirements

• Bachelors, Master’s or PhD level degree in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of experience developing full-stack applications.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within software teams.
• Hands-on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL).
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish.
