Product Engineer (AI/Fintech)

What you will do

• Own features end-to-end, from problem discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
• Ship high-quality, production-ready code across the full stack (frontend, backend, APIs, data).
• Engage directly with users and customers to deeply understand their workflows and pain points.
• Define and track success metrics, iterating rapidly based on usage data and feedback.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to define the right solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and the technical direction of the platform.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping features.
• Full-stack proficiency: comfortable working across frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (Python, Node.js), APIs (REST/GraphQL), and databases.
• Strong product intuition, questioning "why" before "how" and caring deeply about solving real user problems.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in fast-paced environments where requirements evolve.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• European legal working status is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, financial data, or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience building AI/ML-powered products or agentic interfaces.
• Familiarity with API-first product development and developer-facing tools.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI integration frameworks.
• Prior startup experience or experience working in high-autonomy environments.
