Data Scientist (Fintech): Building and optimizing models and frameworks to support hirify.global's Institutional business, including fee schedules, Prime Broker Trading/Financing, Custody, Web3, and Staking, with an accent on strategic recommendations, experimentation, and data infrastructure. Focus on performing deep product analyses, designing and guiding experiments, and enhancing data infrastructure for better analysis.

Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring in-person participation for team and company-wide offsites multiple times annually. Employment is for US applicants only, with US-specific benefits and legal compliance (e.g., E-Verify program).

Salary: $152,405—$179,300 USD

What you will do

• Perform analyses on products to answer open-ended questions and provide strategic recommendations.
• Design and guide experiments/analysis to measure impact and drive product improvements.
• Develop and maintain key metrics and reports, enhancing data infrastructure for better analysis.

Requirements

• At least a BA/BS in a quantitative field (e.g., Math, Stats, Physics, or Computer Science) with ≥2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience driving impact for a digital product with an iterative development cycle.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and practical experience applying them (e.g., in A/B testing, causal inference, ML).
• Experience in data analyses using SQL.
• Experience in programming/modeling in Python.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with US employment regulations.
