Salary: $136,800–$228,000 annually

What you will do

• Apply quantitative analysis to understand user behaviors and measure the success of the company’s platform and features.
• Provide actionable insights through experimentation and causal inference.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to support project execution and strategic planning.
• Research, develop, build, and enhance metrics, processes, models, and tools for proactive risk detection and automation.
• Influence stakeholders through data-based recommendations and mobilize cross-functional teams.
• Mentor junior-level team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field with 1 year of experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related work experience.
• 1 year of experience in mining, preparing, cleansing, and analyzing structured data using SQL, Python, and/or R for metrics creation, root cause analysis, and model preprocessing.
• Experience using SQL queries and data visualization tools to gather, process, visualize, and analyze large quantities of data.
• Experience conducting forecasting and experiment analysis with presentations through visual displays of quantitative information, using Tableau and/or Excel.
• Experience analyzing and visualizing complex data using Python and Tableau to gain insights for product strategies.
• English: B2 required.
