Salary: $217,000.00 - $303,900.00 USD

What you will do

• Lead and grow a high-impact data science team focused on ads delivery, quality, and marketplace dynamics.
• Drive end-to-end strategy and delivery from ideation to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to build robust products and experimentation platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align machine learning efforts with monetization goals.
• Help shape the ads roadmap by identifying opportunities through data, modeling, and experimentation.
• Build and maintain high-quality data foundations, ensuring ETL health and enabling data engineering at scale.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Two (2) years of experience in data science or a related field.
• Proficiency with Python, SQL, Spark/PySpark, NumPy, and Excel.
• Experience with Tensorflow, Regression Models, and Decision Trees.
• Familiarity with Github and UNIX Shell/Bash Scripting.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
