TL;DR

Director, Information Technology (Microsoft Ecosystem): Leading and optimizing hirify.global's digital infrastructure with an accent on security posture, automation workflows, and identity management systems. Focus on setting technical standards, leveraging technology tools for business performance, and supporting AI integration in the workforce.

Location: Hybrid in New York City, United States. Candidates must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.

Salary: $160,000 – $175,000 annually (NYC-based applicants)

What you will do

  • Direct the IT department's roadmap and manage a team of technical specialists.
  • Serve as the internal expert for Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Defender, overseeing security protocols.
  • Architect and manage global device footprint using Microsoft Intune & JAMF.
  • Lead adoption of the Power Platform to digitize workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Oversee Microsoft 365 tenant, ensuring optimal configuration and data governance.
  • Support the rollout and enablement of AI in the workforce.

Requirements

  • 10 years in IT leadership roles with proven track record of mentoring staff.
  • Extensive hands-on experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (Entra, Intune, Defender, M365).
  • Deep proficiency in automation tools like Power Automate or n8n development.
  • Ability to manage and build in Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
  • Experience with compliance standards like SOC2 or SOX.
  • Ability to translate complex technical needs into clear business cases for leadership.
  • Candidates must be based in the United States and authorized to work without the need for sponsorship.
