What you will do

• Administer and scale macOS device management using Jamf Pro, ensuring endpoints meet company compliance standards.
• Guide architectural decisions to ensure endpoint management scales with the company.
• Build automation and infrastructure-as-code pipelines using tools like Terraform and Bash/Python scripting.
• Manage enterprise-grade software and package deployment, including silent rollout of updates.
• Implement and refine endpoint change control processes and create visibility dashboards.
• Collaborate with Security, Support, and Engineering to enforce policies, onboard security agents, and integrate devices with SSO and monitoring tools.
• Serve as the escalation tier for complex endpoint issues and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing macOS at scale with enterprise MDM tools (Jamf Pro expertise required, Jamf 300+ level).
• Strong scripting capabilities in Bash, with fluency in Python and ability to integrate with RESTful APIs.
• Proven proficiency in automation/infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with Windows Intune and Windows Endpoint Management.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security practices for endpoints, including vulnerability/patch management.
• Experience building and managing package/software distribution pipelines with tools like AutoPkg.
• Exceptional troubleshooting skills for complex endpoint issues and ability to represent IT in high-severity escalations.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
