What you will do

• Administer and engineer Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Work with Azure AD Connect and Entra ID to support hybrid identity models.
• Utilize advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
• Provide strong troubleshooting and analytical support for M365 services.
• Support hybrid deployments and migrations within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation for systems and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Strong experience with Exchange Online / Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Azure AD Connect, Entra ID, and hybrid identity models.
• Solid knowledge of M365 licensing models and application management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with DNS, TCP/IP, and network security principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
