What you will do
- Engage executives and CX leaders to translate business challenges into digital experience strategies.
- Architect scalable, secure, and integrated CCaaS solutions that unify various interactions.
- Develop proof-of-concepts, technical designs, and integration blueprints (APIs, CRM, AI, analytics).
- Collaborate with account teams to craft value propositions and deliver product demonstrations.
- Evangelize hirify.global’ experience orchestration vision and best practices across the region.
- Support sales teams during the project/solution contracting phase.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, CX consulting, or solution architecture within CCaaS or related SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish; professional-level English (C1).
- Ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures in Latin America.
