Salary: $138,500.00 – $207,500.00 USD (for US Group 4 locations)

What you will do
- Lead and develop your team to foster a high-performing payment operations department.
- Drive strategic payment initiatives in partnership with analytics, product, and engineering teams to optimize payment routing and recurring billing.
- Make critical operational decisions to meet payment acceptance targets and maintain high operational standards.
- Develop insights and reporting by creating automated monitoring tools and presenting strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Manage vendor relationships and quality assurance, overseeing critical external partnerships and troubleshooting payment experimentation.
- Champion customer-centricity by framing team priorities from the customer perspective and implementing feedback loops.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders across departments to advance hirify.global's payment capabilities and business objectives.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States, excluding Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, Virgin Islands, California, Seattle, or NYC.
- 5+ years in operations or analytics, with 3+ years managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Data-driven decision maker with 5+ years extracting metrics, creating visualizations, and producing leadership-level reporting using advanced SQL and Excel.
- Proven experience establishing departmental standards, leading vendor relationships, and delivering high-impact projects.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex systems and translate technical concepts.
- Collaborative influencer who partners cross-functionally and communicates effectively with senior leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience in the payments industry, optimizing approval rates, costs, or other payment metrics.
- Experience with corporate Accounting standards.
