TL;DR

Director, Revenue Compensation (Finance): Leading the strategy, design, and implementation of Go-to-Market compensation programs for Sales and Customer Success teams with an accent on compensation modeling, statistical analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on improving GTM efficiency, developing compensation training, and ensuring accurate data management and reporting for revenue-generating teams.

Location: Remote (Canada and U.S.). Hybrid work available for employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, and Sydney, with an expectation to be in office minimum twice per week.

Salary: $172,800–$259,200 USD annually, plus variable pay based on company performance.

What you will do

  • Lead GTM compensation and rewards strategy and process.
  • Lead evaluation and implementation of compensation and commission solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compensation training and education programs.
  • Manage market-based compensation analysis and annual benchmarking.
  • Develop compensation models and conduct statistical analysis.
  • Manage and provide guidance to a compensation team of 2 analysts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation, Revenue Operations, or analytics within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and operating compensation and commission solutions (e.g., Forma.ai, CaptivateIQ).
  • Hands-on experience designing and operating Sales and Customer Success compensation programs.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience querying datasets using SQL.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including compensation modeling and statistical analysis.
  • Experience managing and developing team members.
