TL;DR

Technical Architect (AI): Designing and implementing end-to-end technical solutions for large-scale enterprise deployments with an accent on technical discovery, solution design, and data migrations. Location: Must be based in Paris, France, and work from the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Own the technical delivery of customer engagements, including deep technical discovery, solution design, and implementation.
• Lead large-scale content and data migrations, covering scoping, data modeling, and validation.
• Translate client business and technical requirements into well-architected solutions maximizing hirify.global's value.
• Design and build customer integrations, automations, and custom tooling for hirify.global implementations.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers make informed architectural decisions.
• Design and operate feedback loops with Product, CX, and Engineering to influence hirify.global’s product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing engineering role, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python for production-quality code.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and data integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective with both technical and business audiences.
• Track record of delivering customer value by translating technical challenges into practical solutions at scale.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS professional services or a high-growth startup environment.
• Experience deploying AI agents autonomously in complex workflows.
• Background in developing technical frameworks, discovery methodologies, or internal tooling.
• Strong history of collaboration with product and engineering teams, including influencing roadmaps.
• Experience supporting pre-sales or early engagement phases.
