What you will do
- Act as the primary technical link between the company and French military customers to ensure software solutions deliver operational value.
- Translate operational challenges and French military command structures into effective technical specifications and solution designs.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to engineers across multiple concurrent projects.
- Support business development by combining defence insight with technical credibility to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute to the establishment of the new French location as a founding team member.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s level or higher) in a relevant subject.
- Strong understanding of French military systems, stakeholders, planning processes, or command environments.
- Real-world experience with military C2 systems, networks, communications, or digital transformation in defence.
- Fluency in both English and French is essential.
- Must have the right to reside and work in France indefinitely.
- Must hold, or be eligible to hold, French and NATO security clearances.
