What you will do
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery for all assigned projects, identifying and resolving issues.
- Elevate complex issues to higher-level management when appropriate.
- Resolve resource conflicts by gathering input and facilitating decisions among stakeholders.
- Develop estimates and plans for new subscription content offerings, assessing team expertise and equipment capabilities.
- Set objectives, provide regular feedback, and mentor individual contributors to enhance team capability and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and manage team members, driving continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology or engineering functions.
- 5+ years managing teams of 10+ professionals.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor technology trends and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple concurrent projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to submit your latest citizenship and/or permanent residency information to comply with U.S. Export Control Laws and Regulations.
