What you will do
- Develop media strategies across TV and OLV focused on driving measurable new customer acquisition and brand goals.
- Build cross-channel plans aligned to brand goals, CAC targets, trial sign-up goals, and audience expansion initiatives.
- Execute TV and OTT and CTV buys that integrate with digital channels to improve reach and funnel performance.
- Negotiate with networks, publishers, and platforms to secure high-value placements and efficient pricing.
- Conduct real-time optimizations across placements, creative variations, and flighting to improve conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with MarTech and Analytics teams to improve attribution, tracking, and measurement accuracy across platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- 3 to 6+ years hands-on media buying experience, with strong focus on customer acquisition and brand building.
- Experience buying YouTube and OLV, TikTok, DV360, and OTT and CTV platforms.
- Strong understanding of upper and mid-funnel video strategies and tying them to lower-funnel performance.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience managing large budgets and media partners.
Nice to have
- SaaS or subscription-based experience, ideally SMB audiences.
- Knowledge of incrementality testing and measurement models.
- Experience with ad verification, brand safety, and performance measurement tools.
