Salary: $209,500–$288,100 USD

What you will do

• Define and execute a global strategic sourcing strategy across technology, cloud-adjacent tools, marketing, and professional services categories.
• Act as a strategic partner to leaders in Engineering, Product, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance, guiding vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Lead complex, high-value negotiations to deliver meaningful cost savings, risk reduction, and commercial flexibility.
• Develop and lead a team of strategic sourcing professionals, setting high standards for analytical rigor and negotiation excellence.
• Partner with Procurement Ops to improve processes, tooling, and data visibility, leveraging market intelligence.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in a Procurement or Strategic Sourcing role with knowledge of full end-to-end Procure to Pay process.
• Experience managing global sourcing and procurement operations.
• Proven ability to drive change across the organization to achieve efficiencies in processes and systems.
• Must be able to work within US time zones and adhere to US regulations.
